David J. Kaplan is Founder & President of Kaplan Real Estate Advisors (KREA), a Real Estate Consulting & Advisory company based in Beverly Hills, California established in March of 1998. Mr. Kaplan has been actively involved in all aspects of the real estate cycles over the past three decades as an Owner, Real Estate Advisor, Broker, Asset Manager, Construction and Development Project Manager, Financial and Investment Professional.

David received a Master of Science in Real Estate Development and Finance from Columbia University in 1994 and a Bachelor of Arts in History from UCLA in 1987.

He is a licensed Real Estate Broker (License# 01345092) and is the Broker/Officer for West Coast Commercial Realty in California.

Over the course of his real estate career, Mr. Kaplan has established an outstanding reputation built on his integrity, knowledge, and fair and ethical dealings with clients and vendors.

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, attending his daughters' volleyball matches, and collecting Mid-Century Modern furniture. He is actively involved in Camp Ramah of California, Temple Aliyah, and other charitable endeavors.
